Clean Magic is a home care cleaning solutions brand specializing in:
• Magic Wash Gel for clothes
• Magic Sponge for multi-surface cleaning
We strive to deliver effective cleaning products that provide better results, every time.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Order Dispatch
All confirmed orders placed today will be dispatched on the following working day.
Delivery Timeline
• Tamil Nadu: Within 2–3 business days (may vary based on location)
• Other Indian States: 4–6 business days depending on courier and location
Shipping Couriers:
• Inside Tamil Nadu – ST Courier
• Outside Tamil Nadu – DTDC or India Post
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
• Tamil Nadu – Free Shipping
• Outside Tamil Nadu – ₹50 per order
4. Payment Policy
We accept all online payments via Razorpay including:
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All payments must be completed online before dispatch.
5. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds only if the product is damaged during transit or if a wrong item is delivered.
Refunds are processed after review and approval.
To request support, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for opened or used products.
